What is Real Colors?

Real Colors Workshops Available

Real Colors – What is Your Color

Length: 3-4 hours

This session will introduce participants to Real Colors, and participants will locate their color using a three-phase assessment process. A group activity will help participants to identify the strengths of their color, as well as the other colors present in the group. This session works best with at least 10-12 participants, which helps to insure each color is present at least once.

Real Colors – Real Applications

Length: 3-4 hours

Prerequisite: All participants have identified their primary and secondary color in a Real Colors What is Your Color workshop.

The Real Colors, Real Applications workshop provides specific techniques to help participants:

  • Examine how the different colors comprehend and respond to verbal communication
  • Examine how primary and secondary colors interact and influence overall personality style
  • Explore and practice approaches that match temperament strengths to further organizational (and personal) mission and values
  • Apply Real Colors concepts by practicing successful communication during difficult conversations

Real Colors – Real Solutions

Length: 3-4 hours

Prerequisite: All participants have identified their primary and secondary color in a Real Colors What is Your Color workshop.

  • Identify what causes each temperament to become upset/angry
  • Explore what happens to each temperament, physically and emotionally, when upset/angry
  • Identify ways to resolve situations with each temperament
  • Identify the differences in how each temperament responds to change
  • Explore ways to successfully implement change in a manner that is ideal for each temperament

Real Colors – Real Teams

Length: 3-4 hours

Prerequisite: All participants have identified their primary and secondary color in a Real Colors What is Your Color workshop.

In order to have a successful team, individuals need to be able to:

  • See, understand and appreciate the strengths of each team member
  • Determine as a group how to use these to their best advantage
  • Work together to reach their goal
  • Learning Outcomes

Real Teams workshop provides specific techniques to help participants:

  • Discover their personal strengths and those of their team members
  • Understand the intrinsic value that different points of view bring to a team
  • Learn to work effectively with all team members
  • Learn how to blend a group of individuals into a team
  • Learn how to effectively motivate individuals on a team
  • Learn to coach and facilitate other team members’ growth
